Vigorously thrown and assembled bark sculpture with a capped rim. The title, Regrowth, is inspired by vegetation regrowth after the Australian bush fires. The textured surface is swathed in layers of slip and glaze which skim over the surface trail of throwing and tool marks which give the piece life and vitality. High fired oxidised stoneware.
