There is such a contrast on each side of this bowl as you turn it around. It’s like two bowls in one. Hazy quiet one side to sun soaked pastures on the other. Pinched and coiled bowl, with evidence of strong tool marks to create dimples, movement and texture to the form. Distinct fingerprint halos of glaze at the base. Swathed in layers of slip and glaze, using unique handmade glazes. High fired oxidised stoneware.
